This class combines exercises from Pilates and Barre practices with a Yoga Flow to tone, strengthen, and increase flexibility.

Improve stamina and get a good full body workout. Focus on strengthening the core to improve posture. Be mindful of the breath to improve your body’s performance. All levels welcome!
